History is all around us, sometimes hiding right before our very eyes. Local history is even more in-your-face, since you pass by it on your way to King Soopers. To celebrate local history, the Aurora History Museum will feature an exhibition covering the historic preservation of our fair city, Aurora.
The free exhibition, “Hidden in Plain Sight: Aurora’s Historic Preservation Program,” will run from July 23 to Nov. 3 at the Aurora History Museum.
Hidden in Plain Sight examines the stories of Aurora’s historic landmarks and notable districts as well as the Cultural Heritage Site Program.
July 23 to Nov. 3. Admission is free. 15051 E. Alameda Pkwy, Aurora. Fore more information, visit www.auroramuseum.org.
