Children’s Hospital in Aurora hosts pep rally ahead of Broncos’ playoff showdown

AURORA | You can debate all you want whether Steelers’ quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will be healthy and ready to go for the game against the Broncos this weekend, but the patients and staff of Children’s Hospital Colorado are pumped up and ready.

Broncos’ mascot Miles and the Denver Broncos cheerleaders performed Thursday morning, Jan. 14, as part of a pep rally for the Broncos’ playoff run at Children’s Hospital Colorado in Aurora.

The Broncos are the top-seeded team in the AFC and face off against the Steelers on Sunday, Jan. 17. If they advance, they will face either the New England Patriots or the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, which would be hosted at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
