Kyle Carpenter, Personnelist and Technical Sergeant in the United States Air Force, current Secretary/Treasurer and Immediate Past President of the DEFENDERS OF SPEECH TOASTMASTERS CLUB #697557 was honored at the 2014 Toastmaster Of The Year black tie event held on June 27, 2014 at the Garden Plaza of Aurora, 14221 E. Evans Avenue for receiving his Competent Communication Toastmaster Award. Saluted for serving as an exemplary dual member of both the distinguished DEFENDERS OF SPEECH and president’s distinguished ABSOLUTELY ARTICULATE TOASTMASTER CLUB #1272692, Carpenter serves as respectable leader, and Advanced Toastmaster in the Aurora D6 Area and will now begin work on advanced-level projects in pursuit of his Competent Leader (CL) and High Performance Leadership Project Awards.
