The walk raises around $1 million per year towards research in finding a cure for Angelman Syndrome. The Rocky Mountain regional walk is held in Colorado and featured a local family, Susan and Jake “the Snake” Hogarth from Aurora.

Jake was joined by his fellow Cub Scouts from Pack 1127 in presenting the colors in front of a crowd of more than 350 participants from four states. Jake said “bye bye” to the crowd at the end of the presentation and his fellow scouts joined him in the walk that followed. A monumental day, displaying support, friendship and community involvement from local, compassionate boys and their families.
