AURORA | Two people died Monday night following a motorcycle crash on Parker Road in Aurora, police said.
The crash happened at about 11 p.m. at Parker Road and East Temple Drive, police said.
A motorcycle with two riders was northbound on Parker when a southbound minivan tried to turn onto Temple in front of the motorcycle, police said. The motorcycle crashed into the minivan and both riders were thrown from the bike, police said.
The two riders, whose names have not been released, were rushed to an area hospital where they were pronounced dead.
Police said the driver of the minivan stayed on scene and is cooperating with investigators.
Police did not say which driver was at fault in the crash.
