Colorado’s Smashburger has added poutine to the menus of their Canadian restaurants. Poutine is hot french fries topped with gravy and cheese curds, according to burgerbusiness.com. Meanwhile, Taco Bell is taking on local favorite Chipotle Mexican Grill with a “Cantina Bell” menu featuring components like black beans, cilantro rice, fire-roasted corn salsa, and pico de gallo.
