Fire causes damage, minor injuries at Mile High Flea Market


DENVER  | A large fire damaged buildings Saturday at Denver’s Mile High Flea Market and caused minor injuries.

The fire broke out around 4:30 p.m. Oct. 10 at the large outdoor shopping center and large flames and plumes of smoke could be seen from a nearby interstate.

Fire crews from South Adams fire had the blaze under control by early evening with assistance from surrounding departments.

The cause was under investigation.
