Longtime Aurora resident and activist Alice DeBoer died June 28. She was 94.

DeBoer was a longtime employee of the Aurora Public Schools district and active in a variety of organizations and causes for many years.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. July 14 at Faith Presbyterian Church at 11373 E. Alameda Ave. Inurnment is scheduled for 10 a.m. July 13 at Fairmount Cemetery.

Arrangements are being handled by Advantage Aurora Chase Chapel.
